Apply for your Texas Handgun License HERE.

From the above link you will…

• Complete the online application
• Pay the license fee
• Make fingerprinting appointment (during the application process)

When the application is complete and fingerprints have been taken, mail the following forms to the address below or scan and upload them HERE.

• CHL-100 Certificate of Completion (Received in class from Instructor)
• Supporting Documents (if applicable)   Ex. DD-214 for Veterans, Citizenship Info, Arrest Paperwork (Any required supporting documents will be listed on your BAR CODE Checklist)

****NOTE: Attachments should be in .pdf file format only and cannot contain special characters (: \/:*?<>|) in the file name.
